Our reservation process operates on a strict first-come, first-served basis. Once your deposit is received and confirmed, your position in the queue is locked in for the next available litter matching your preferences.

Deposits are held in escrow and applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy. We’ll walk you through every detail during our conversation.

How long is the current waitlist?

Wait times vary depending on the current litter status and your preferences. Once you submit a reservation and deposit, we’ll provide a realistic timeline based on upcoming breeding plans and current demand.

Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter in certain circumstances. We discuss all deposit terms and conditions directly with you before any payment is made.

Can I choose my specific puppy?

Absolutely. Selections are made in reservation order once the litter is born and temperament assessments are complete, typically around 6–7 weeks of age. You’ll work directly with us to choose your puppy.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Yes. We work with trusted, reputable air transport partners for families who cannot pick up in person. Shipping details, costs, and logistics are discussed during the reservation process.

What health guarantees are included?

All puppies leave with full veterinary clearance, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a comprehensive health guarantee. Full details are provided in your purchase agreement.
