— The buyer must schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy to activate the health guarantee
— If the buyer can no longer care for the dog, they must contact Cane Blue Kennel before rehoming or surrendering the animal
— The buyer agrees not to resell the dog to any retail company or establishment
— All disputes arising from the purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and must be resolved in Pennsylvania at the buyer’s expense
— The warranty is void if the dog changes ownership at any time

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from your use of our website or services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
