— The buyer must schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving the puppy to activate the health guarantee
— If the buyer can no longer care for the dog, they must contact Cane Blue Kennel before rehoming or surrendering the animal
— The buyer agrees not to resell the dog to any retail company or establishment
— All disputes arising from the purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and must be resolved in Pennsylvania at the buyer’s expense
— The warranty is void if the dog changes ownership at any time

11.3 — Intellectual Property

All content on canebluekennel.com — including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Cane Blue Kennel and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
